Why are flights from Milan allowed into Heathrow without any checks or quarantine of passengers ? British citizens are told to self isolate if they feel ill. The evidence seems to suggest the virus can be communicated even before the carrier feels ill. What is the position with foreign nationals arriving from Milan? The same comments could apply to arrivals from Iran.

Is the government doing everything it can to limit the spread.
